Is It Bad To Drink Coffee Every Day?
Daily coffee use is not harmful to us. Our health may benefit from it. Every morning, millions of people all around the world ritualistically enjoy a cup of their favorite coffee.
The human body gains various advantages from consuming less than 400 mg of caffeine per day, including antioxidants, improved nervous system function, and fat-burning capabilities. In the Roast Coffees with a light roast have more caffeine than those with a dark roast. Many people assume that the amount of caffeine must be higher because it is a dark roast and has a richer, fuller flavor.
Serving Sizes: An 8-ounce serving of coffee has 80 to 100 milligrams of caffeine, therefore a large coffee will have about 300 milligrams of caffeine.
